ACCESS AND LEAVING
Standard check-in is from 4pm and no later than 10pm unless by prior arrangement. If you are arriving at Prestwick Airport after 23.00 hours we would suggest that you do not hire rental cars until the next morning. (you will not have to queue for up to 1 hour for the car or drive on the opposite side of the road in a strange car and risk getting lost at night!) Taxis are always available outside the terminal building.
Kincraig is only 5 minutes drive from the airport and, by taxi, costs only £4stg.
Check- out on day of departure is by 10.00am. A later checkout may be available by arrangement.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Rates are per person, per night and include breakfast. Room only rates (no breakfast) are available on request.
Deposits are required for parties e.g. golf groups - please contact us for details.
No charge is made to credit cards noted at time of booking unless in the case of late cancellation or 'no show'.
CANCELLATIONS
Bookings must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of your arrival date or 16.00 hours on the day before arrival. Should we incur a loss of revenue due to cancellation, no show, or curtailment of stay, we reserve the right to levy a charge should we be unable to re-let the booked room(s), like for like. No charge will exceed 75% of the value of the booking.
If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation, you are advised to take out Travel Insurance.
