Iain and Lynn would like to extend a warm welcome to you when visiting Kincraig, which is over 100 years old and was bought by us when the opportunity arose as we had always liked its presence and location. We took on the challenge of transforming it into the comfortable guest-house it is today and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

Kincraig is truly a family run guest house situated in the beautiful countryside of West Central Scotland between the coastal towns of Ayr and Prestwick and is within easy distance of Troon, all thriving towns in their own right and together playing host to some of the best golf courses in Scotland. To the south lies Alloway and the cottage where Robert Burns was born in 1759.
